Thats the worst thing when I first get kuranda I will never come here...the lady serve dish that really rude
Wasnt very impressed with the restaurant. My family came to the restaurant and ordered 5 meals. 4 of 5 people received meals. The fifth person did not get their meal till everyone else had finished 10 mins after! Nobody came to us to tell us what was happening. We asked and apprently it was a frozen left over meal :/ will not be coming back!
Should have read the review before sat down at this palce. Ice cream was ok, but the food is more like heated up left overs. Best part, Family not well come, a cranky lady will jump out from no well and yelling at you to tell you, you cannot give your kids any outside food in the restraunt. Well, fair enough in a restraunt..
I think it may be better on a different day but we went on a Thursday in late may and everything closed at 2pm and really not much to see. Got the skyrail up and I think it's the skyrail to nowhere
Worst service ever!! Rudest waitress ever ( might even be business owner)! And no receipt provided until we demanded for it. Treated like a second class citizen. While we were waiting patiently for the drinks we ordered, the children started eating our home made sandwiches (some had food allergies). A waitress came out shouting at us that this is a private dining area, and no outside food allowed, and told us to leave. When we told them we were waiting for our drinks, the waitress continued to ''shout' at us to pack our food away. My young children were so scared, and the older ones felt shamed by that waitress, when we did nothing wrong, except paid patronage to their restaurant. She ruined our family trip to this beautiful part of the world! Come here if you want bad service and be shouted at.
