I was visiting Kuranda with my husband and two children for my daughter's 11th birthday. We wanted to buy some candy for a treat on the skyrail trip back so popped into the Kuranda Candy store. My daughter was rudely treated by the female store owner simply for not deciding quick enough. The customer service was appalling and beyond rude. We chose not to buy anything due to this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHILD UNFRIENDLY STORE!!! What a disappointment in such a beautiful area of the world.

Have loved visiting this place since I was a kid. It's magical to watch the creation of the designs right in front of you. Only downfall of this place is I could have spent $100's on all the different flavours so it's hard to only pick a few :)The confectionary here never disappoints.

Very poor customer service, wished to provide feedback on product and service in a sensitive manner, and waited until shop was empty to do so. Feedback not taken well was told to leave the shop in a rude and aggressive manner. Really soured my experience and will not return. Will be advising all colleagues and friends not to purchase from this company. If feedback had been acknowledged appropriately at the time I would not have resorted to reviewing this business on line.
